1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the subscription, purchases, and use of Cagemodel, a digital platform providing statistical analyses, fight predictions, probability updates, and MMA/UFC performance models.
Cagemodel provides informational content only. It is not a betting advisory service.
2. Subscription and Access
- Access to the service is granted immediately upon successful payment via Stripe.
- Subscriptions are strictly monthly and provide access to predictions for all events during the active billing period.
- The subscription is personal and non-transferable.
3. Event Cards (One-Time Purchases)
- An event card is a one-time purchase that unlocks the predictions for a single specified event only.
- Access to a purchased event card is granted immediately upon successful payment via Stripe and remains available for that event.
- An event card does not grant access to other events and does not renew automatically.
- Event cards are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable once access is provided.
4. Pricing and Billing
- Prices are displayed in USD (or EUR depending on configuration).
- Payments are processed via Stripe. Applicable taxes may be calculated and added based on the customer's country of residence.
- Subscription billing occurs monthly through Stripe's automated payment system. Event cards are charged once, at the time of purchase.
5. Renewal and Cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled by the user.
- Cancellation can be made at any time through the dedicated Stripe Customer Portal or via the account management page.
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not generate refunds for the current billing period.
- Event cards are one-time purchases and are not subject to renewal.
6. No Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing a subscription or an event card, the user agrees to immediate access to digital content.
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the user expressly waives their right of withdrawal once access to the service is provided.
7. Liability
Cagemodel does not guarantee:
- accuracy or completeness of predictions,
- uninterrupted availability of the service,
- achievement of financial gains or performance results.
The user acknowledges that they use the information entirely at their own risk and remain solely responsible
for any betting decisions and for complying with local gambling laws and age restrictions.
Cagemodel does not promote sports betting and does not encourage users to place wagers.
8. Independence
Cagemodel is an independent statistical service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Zuffa LLC, or any other promotion, organization, or athlete.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
Cagemodel reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in cases of:
- account sharing,
- scraping or automated data extraction,
- fraud,
- violation of these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
Users receive a right of access only.
Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or extraction of content or data is strictly forbidden.
11. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in compliance with EU GDPR regulations.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be brought before the competent French courts.
